Seven Peaks Escape - Breathtaking 180°+ Mountain Views | 2 Hot Tubs

Our family rented the units for a large family trip to Cherokee NC, to go to Santa's Land with the 9 Grand kids. The units are beautifully decorated and furnished. There was plenty of room for everyone with a few flexible spaces. The kitchen were well equipped with quality cookware and ample dishes. We did bring utensils and plates, etc... due to how many people we had. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were exceptionally clean, which was greatly appreciated. As long as only 1 person is cooking, the kitchen is fine.The only things we would even consider slight inconveniences were;The hot tubs were are huge bright spot of the day for the parents that looked forward to a little relaxation after a long day with all the kids. Neither hot tub was hot. We contacted Michael and he responded immediately! He gave us a few things to troubleshoot. The hot tubs finally started warming up on the last evening but never got hot, just barely warm. It was not especially cold outside, about 65 degrees. Maybe they weren't turned on for long enough before our arrival? It doesn't seem that an issue with the heating element, etc.. would effect BOTH hot tubs the exact same way, at the same temps. but, again, Michael was very quick to respond and attentive to our needs. The access to the bottom unit, (we rented both), was difficult. There is a very steep slope to walk down to the bottom unit. Multiple people slipped and fell going between the units. Steps would be great!

We enjoyed our stay the property was beautiful.
